Functie omschrijving
• Cutting up and boning pig carcasses in an industrial environment.
• Processing of cuts according to customer requirements.
• Paceboning system: automatic conveyor belt for cutting and rhythm setting.
• Cutting the carcasses into two, four, or more pieces of meat (buttock, shoulder, back, thigh, etc.).
• Keep the work surface, tools and areas clean and hygienic.
• Perform meat processing operations on: Pigs.
• Boning pieces of meat and degreasing or trimming the meat.
• Processing of cuts according to customer requirements.
