Are you ready to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers?
As a Service Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients within the target market, providing expert advice, support, and fostering their growth. Your key responsibility will be ensuring an outstanding service experience by coordinating all customer service activities between the client, specialist departments in Belgium, and our headquarters in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries following a successful Site Acceptance Test (SAT), liaising with relevant departments both at the site and head office.
- Drive active service sales and lifecycle consultancy, including follow-up on quotations.
- Capture and relay customer and market requirements to the Service Product Management team.
- Ensure the achievement of annual order intake targets and planned revenue growth.
- Act as a core member of the project team for new machine installations, particularly during the installation phase.
