Function description
Our company region Tielt is looking for a cutting operator.
One gives a second life to waste bedding. Driven by a passion for sustainability, one recycles latex foam, polyurethane foam and rubber into valuable, high-quality products used in a wide range of markets around the world. From mattress cores for animals to sound insulation foam, vibration dampening solutions for transportation and machinery to surfaces for sports fields.
TASKS:
Cutting mattress cores or components from manufactured polyurethane blocks by setting appropriate cutting programs
Removal and packaging of mattresses on pallets
Starting up machine independently, and making adjustments (faster/trager and/or thicker/thinner cutting). Also able to repair the machine independently in case of failure
Knowledge of the ERP program in order to independently sign off produced goods in the system, label correctly, make stock changes and make internal pickings.
