Function description

Our client is a company in Meulebeke known worldwide in NON-woven textiles. Known products? Fleeces from diapers and sanitary napkins, medical bandages, fleeces from ski jackets and more. To create this product, we are looking for a reserve shift chief - fixed night.

YOUR DUTIES:

As (reserve) shift manager you are responsible for operating the entire line.
You know all posts and can jump in anywhere if necessary.
Small faults are also solved by you.
You also do samples and check the parameters (weight, thickness, tensile strength).
You will be working on a physically heavier line as rolls weigh 30 to 40 kg. You mainly package these rolls manually.

Requirements

Requirements:	PROFILE: You are physically strong. Since you are responsible for a long line, you cover quite a few miles a day. You have some technical insight and common sense. You are willing to learn. You are a team player and can easily manage people. You can communicate both positive and negative feedback in an honest and clear way. You are flexible. You can work in a team. You learn fast.
Experience:	Some experience required
Drivers license:	/
Languages:	Dutch: zeer goed
