Function description
The operator efficiently feeds the right sheet material ((stainless steel, zinc, aluminum...) to have 1 or more machines laser or punch products. He sets up the machines, based on the planning (nesting software) of the shift manager. He does not have to do any programming himself. After the sheets have been cut, the operator (manually) picks up the pieces and performs a visual check on the cutting quality, on dimensions and on any burrs. processed material he has to enter in our ERP system. He is also responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness of the workstation.
Requirements

- Experience as a punch laser operator. - Basic material knowledge of sheets (to make proper material selection). - Basic plan reading. - Minimal communication in Dutch is required as colleagues often help each other. - Forklift experience and attest is a plus. |
