What does your role entail?
As a winder, you play an important role in the textile production process. Your tasks include:
- Operating the winding machine: You ensure that the textile is unwound correctly and without errors, preparing it for further processing.
- Quality control: You inspect the textile for defects or deviations and report them as necessary.
- Ensuring a smooth workflow: You maintain the process and ensure an organized workspace.
- Collaborating with colleagues: You work as part of a team to contribute to an efficient and high-quality production process.

You have a technical interest or experience in a production environment. You are punctual, motivated, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with a crane and/or forklift is a plus. You are not colorblind. |
