Function description
For our client, specialized in the production of pre-fried and frozen fries, we are looking for a knife sharpener.
What will you do?
- You inspect the cutting machines to ensure the knife blocks are functioning properly.
- You perform accurate registration regarding maintenance.
- You sharpen the knives and carry out preventive maintenance.
- You disassemble the cutting machines.
- You are responsible for stock management.
