Function description
For a leading company specializing in cutting and packaging fresh vegetables (ultra-fresh) with a limited shelf life, we are looking for a Line Supervisor for Packaging.
- Perform tasks correctly as instructed by the person with ultimate responsibility.
- Follow the production schedule.
- Ensure that the technician operates the packaging machine and weighing units properly.
- Ensure customers receive the correct products.
- Make sure pallets are complete and ready on time in the shipping area before the truck departs.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy after every product changeover.
- Understand and implement safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.
- Use batches correctly before and after work, as well as before and after breaks.
- Immediately report any irregularities to the person with ultimate responsibility.
