Vacancy Line Supervisor

For a food company in the Zwevegem region, we are looking for a motivated line supervisor!

Start of Shift

• You can correctly interpret the production planning and take the designated position mentioned there.
• You perform the assigned tasks.
• You pass on relevant information to the line supervisor.

Filling Out Documents

• You accurately fill in the production forms according to the product article.
• You accurately record the temperature of the products.
• You perform control tasks correctly regarding production codes.
• You accurately and completely fill in the registration forms, including times, weight registration, residual oxygen content, and the number of involved persons. If something is unclear, you ask for additional information from the supervisor.

Inventory Management

• You check the stock during normal production and report any shortages to your supervisor.
• You use the computer system in production correctly and ask questions if there are any unclear aspects of its use.

Order, Cleanliness, and Hygiene

• You keep the workplace clean during work and breaks. After the shift, the workplace is left clean according to the company's standards.
• You know the location of the cleaning materials and if used, they will always be put back in the right place.
• You know the procedures for protecting materials and apply them every time.
• You actively participate in managing the waste streams within the company.
• You correctly perform the preparatory works for cleaning the materials.
• You check the executed cleaning works.

Communication

• You report technical problems immediately to the production supervisor.
• You report quality problems immediately to the production supervisor or quality supervisor.
