Vacancy Line Manager And A Packaging Manager (Alternating)/ 2Shifts

A company in Meulebeke is looking for dynamic and committed candidates for the positions of Production Line Manager and Packaging Manager. These positions will be filled alternately, providing a variety of tasks and the opportunity to develop skills in different areas of production.

Responsibilities of the Production Line Manager:

Starting the production process, operating machines and making adjustments when necessary.
Overseeing the correct operation of machines and making adjustments when necessary.
Responding to breakdowns by eliminating them or calling for technical assistance.
Strict adherence to production planning rules.
Communicating effectively with other operators in order to optimise the production process.
Willingness to work cooperatively on the job.
Duties of the Packaging Manager:

Setting up packaging machines according to production requirements.
Managing the operators/packers, ensuring efficiency and safety at work.
Keeping track of production planning and adjusting packaging processes accordingly.
Checking the final product for compliance with quality standards.
Willingness to provide assistance to operators when required.
