Vacancy Loader

For a meat processing company in the Tielt region, we are looking for a Loader-Document Manager.

You will be responsible for loading and moving trucks, as well as completing the necessary transport documents for the departure of the vehicles. Each truck that needs to be loaded is considered a separate project, which means variety and challenge are part of your daily routine.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Loading trucks with goods according to the schedule and specifications.
• Proper use of rolling equipment such as forklifts, clarcks, and other loading equipment.
• Ensuring the safe and efficient movement of trucks on the premises.
• Preparing and completing the required transport documents (e.g., CMR documents, delivery notes, etc.) for the departure of the trucks.
• Inspecting trucks for safety and technical condition before departure.
• Working closely with logistics and warehouse staff to ensure smooth loading procedures.
• Identifying and reporting any issues during loading or with the trucks to the supervisor.
• Flexibility to handle different types of loads and projects, as each truck is a unique project.
