Function description
Vol-au-vent, tomato soup with meatballs or the perfectly cooked piece of roast beef: you'll be licking your fingers and thumbs. And in this job you make sure that others can do the same. In our kitchen we produce dishes that would be the envy of grandmothers, but industrially in large quantities.
Hygiene is important for a kitchen worker. That's why you make sure every day that your working methods and the finished products meet all standards.
You also follow safety regulations to the letter. You do everything possible to guarantee quality and safety.

Requirements

You have experience as a cook in a commercial or industrial kitchen. Also experience in a production environment? Then you have an edge. You are able and willing to work in an alternating 2-shift system. The early shift starts at 4:30am and runs until 12:30pm The late shift starts at 12:45pm and runs until 8:00pm. You know how to work with machines or want to train for this. Physical work does not scare you and you are hands-on. You are very accurate, flexible and stress resistant. You are communicative, like variety and enjoy working in a team. You speak good Dutch or English. |
