Function description
Our client is looking for a robust, experienced cook for the industrial kitchen where daily various preparations (such as mashed potatoes, stewed meat, vol-au-vent, meatballs in tomato sauce, etc.) are produced in large quantities (per 1000 liters). You will work in alternating early and late shifts. The working hours for the early shift are from 04:30 to 12:30 and for the late shift from 12:45 to 20:00.
Your tasks:
- Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for preparing all our dishes and hot sauces using various industrial machines.
- You closely follow the recipes and established preparations and adjust where necessary.
- You ensure good communication and follow-up with your colleagues responsible for packaging these dishes.
- Safety is of the utmost importance to all our employees, and you always correctly follow the safety regulations!
