Function description
- Remove finished parts, check quality and separate non-conforming parts.
- Define forming operations and check condition and safety of equipment
- Start the equipment and bring it up to production speed and make sure parts are inserted or placed.
- Adjust and adjust equipment during production
- Recording data for production and quality control (defects, interventions, etc.)
- Assembling, disassembling and adjusting forming and cutting tools
