Function description

What does a day in the life of a panel builder look like?

As a panel builder, you will be involved in the complete assembly of electrical panels. Using a plan, you can run all the cables from the cabinet to the machine. You strip the cables and mount the cable shoes, place the components in the cabinet, and connect them. Afterwards, you can place the cabinet in the field and connect it to the network. You perform checks to ensure everything is connected correctly. If there are any errors, you can locate and fix them.

Requirements

Requirements:	I can read and understand an electrical schematic. I can measure voltage, current, and resistance. I know the different electrical components (such as circuit breakers, residual current devices, thermal protection, etc.). I can connect and troubleshoot emergency stop components. I can make a star-delta connection. I can strip cables, attach cable shoes and sleeves. Make and assemble carriers and rails.
Experience:	Some experience required
Drivers license:	No driver's licence required
Languages:	Dutch: goed English: goed
